I had an amazing career developing leaders and leading organizations at great companies like the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Waldenbooks/Borders, UST, PerkinElmer, Eastman Kodak & Cotiviti. In 2017, I founded JCV HR Solutions to serve as a coach, challenger and catalyst for change to individuals and organizations seeking to achieve greater results.

My goal in creating the Career StartUp program is to help early career individuals feel more confident in their career decisions and create a realistic and actionable plan for achieving their career potential.

The coaching I provide is based on my own personal experience and new learning gained from talking to the young people I work with. I use proven tools and processes to help people sort out their career decisions into distinct buckets of activities that make sense and can be acted upon.
